Debbie McKee Demczyk is the Director of the Office of Research Services and Innovation at Durham College.
In this position, she plans, co-ordinates, and promotes institutional and applied research activities. She is responsible for the promotion and development of industry-led research including CONII projects, and the establishment of a college research infrastructure to support an applied research culture. She oversees the program development and review processes as well as institutional research services to support evidence-based decisions affecting the college’s academic direction.
McKee Demczyk serves on several committees including the GTA Institutional Research Network, the Colleges Ontario Institutional Research Committee, the Colleges Ontario Heads of Applied Research, the Durham College Strategic Enrolment Management Leadership Team, and the Durham College Academic Leadership Team. She also represents Durham College as a director for the Network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship through the Colleges Ontario Network for Industry Innovation.
McKee Demczyk has an Honours Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree and is working toward her Master of Arts in Education.
