Chris has been involved with various manufacturing sectors over the past 30 years in different roles. These roles have included skilled tradesman, Plant Manager and Research Manager.

Chris holds licenses in both Tool & Die and Mould Making. During the last ten years, he has managed and led multiple very successful applied research projects; for five of those years, he was the Manager of an internationally known research facility where he was able to apply all of his skills and knowledge obtained in manufacturing. Chris joined Georgian College in 2006 to head our applied research activities which have led to the recent opening of Georgian’s Centre for Applied Research and Innovation.
