(WTI) and assumed a founders management role in Apex Residue Recovery Inc. (a WTI startup company).

Dr. Williams has a B.Eng and M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and a PhD from the University of Toronto. Dr. Williams started his career as a materials scientist and he transitioned into water treatment when he moved from Abitibi Price to Trojan Technologies in 1999.
