The Industry Strategy Board ensures that CONII is industry driven and value-added to industry in its
innovation and commercialization initiatives. They provide strategic advice to the CONII Secretariat and Steering
Committee on priorities, programs and operations to ensure their value to industry.
The Industry Strategy Board provides advice and feedback on policies, the strategic
plan, and the operational framework for CONII, and reviews the CONII annual report
of CONII projects and project results from an industry point of view.
The Board acts as an interface between CONII and the business community to increase market awareness

MEMBERSHIP
The Board is comprised of senior industry representatives of companies drawn from the 8
Ontario Government sectors and CONII's target sectors, an expert on technology transfer,
as well as a President of one of the CONII members. Industry representatives are drawn from
among senior company executives and trade association executives as appropriate.
Ex-officio members will be determined by the Board from time to time and will include a representative from
CON*NECT and Ontario Centres of Excellence.
